- All garments/linen/fabrics are handled with greatest care but owing to the conditions of the articles or non apparent/non-visible defects in its material there is a POSSIBILITY OF DISCOLOURING OR SHRINKAGE. Such garments are accepted for cleaning at OWNERâ€™S RISK and company will not accept any responsibility for it.
- Stain removal is a part of the process but complete removal of stains can not be guaranteed and will be processed at customerâ€™s risk.
- In-spite of special care for delicate work, e.g.: sequin(s), bead(s), other embellishment(s), zari, button(s), appliquĂ©(s), cut work(s) etc.; there are chances of damage which will be at ownerâ€™s risk/responsibility.
- In case of loss/damage Wardrobeâ€™s liability is limited to 10 times of the processing charges billed (net of taxes) or 50% of the actual/original/realistic cost, whichever is lower. Settlement of compensation shall only be made in form of privilege wash coupons to be used against Wardrobe services. Settlement of claims normally take 15 days from date of delivery provided that bill has been settled in full. No claims would be entertained after 7 days of delivery.
- Any loss/damage/delay due to FORCE MAJEURE conditions, Wardrobe is not liable for any compensation. We assume that we receive garments checked by you for your personal belongings, cash, coins, jewelry etc. Wardrobe would not take any responsibility for these items.
- Delivery date and timing are for indication only. Normal delivery is in 3 working days & express delivery is on next working day (Charged upto 100% extra) - excluding the intervening holiday. Starching, charak & darning services; carpet, rug, dari, curtain, blanket, quilt, suede & leather item/s attract additional days for delivery.
- Some process/items may require additional period to process. No deduction on billed amount or claim can be initiated against in respect of delays.
- Wardrobe will not take any responsibility of garments left beyond 30 days after which storage fees will be charged @12% per month on the total invoice amount. Goods not claimed within three months shall be handled appropriately by Wardrobe and be sold to recover the billed charges.
- Wardrobe will not return the garments without complete payment once garments being sent to the plant for processing unless returned by the plant for technical reasons.
- Wardrobe reserves the right to utilize/share/distribute the information provided by customer.
- The customer agrees to receive oral, written and texted communication from the company on the numbers provided by them.
- The customer agrees to receive information on delivery status, promotions, benefits and programmes by tele-calling and /or sms.
- No employee/agent/representative of the company is competent to alter or vary any of the terms of our services mentioned therein.
- Service Tax extra for all dry cleaning services.
- Payment accepted in cash only.
- Any form of communication is for information only. Amount printed on bill is final.
- All claims for compensation are dealt only at the head office.
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
